Phumlani Ngcobo is a founder and Chairman of Qadi Civils. He is also a Managing Director of Inkazimulo Consulting. He is a Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Brown Sugar Oceans. He Also Founded Qadi Foundation.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 18 years of extensive experience in both the public and private sector. It is with this profuse experience that makes his work with senior corporate executives of various companies or his consultations with major corporations very exceptional.
He has a wide variety of qualifications and training but also wide experiences that equipped his great skills in the whole of the accounting and business sector. With experience at servicing some of the top and most prestigious companies that are; JSE listed; Large unlisted Companies, Non-profit organisations; Agencies; Municipalities; Provincial Departments and State-Owned Entities.
He is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA); South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA); Directors Association. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Leadership (UNISA SBL); Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree in Accounting (UKZN) and Bachelor of Accounting Science (UNISA).

Godwin Ncube – Head of operations:
Godwin has been with Qadi Civils as a Head of Operations since 2013. Godwin holds a National Diploma: Civil Engineering and has more than 20 years’ post graduate experience in the civil engineering industry, all of it in construction.
Owen Chikomba - Construction Manager (Civils)
Owen is a Professional Engineer and has extensive experience in project management, Municipal Water and Infrastructure, Sewage treatment works, Water treatment works, Reticulation pipelines, Project cost estimation and valuation as well as Development planning.
Sanelisiwe is most known as Saneli. She is a real estate lawyer, a qualified attorney, notary and conveyancing. She focuses on residential and commercial property transfers and various property related matters and transactions. Saneli’s expertise includes general property and notarial work. She is vibrant and passionate about property and clients. She is experienced in drafting and advising on property related matters. She has extensive experience on residential developments and dealing with small and large scale transfers.
She has worked closely with large financial institutions in respect of development end-user finance, undertaking pre-sale audits, miscellaneous small and large scale loans, and the registration of the underlying mortgage bonds as security for these loans. Saneli’s experience extends to conducting due diligence investigations, offering advice on the viability of agreements and providing tailor made solutions on property related matters.
Saneli completed her articles in Cape Town in 2013 and spent her initial professional years practicing as a junior conveyancer in another reputable law firm in Cape Town. She then joined one of the big global law firms in SA, and was initially based in the Cape Town office and later transferred to the Sandton office. Previously, Saneli had been a partner in another real estate specialist law firm in Fourways. Saneli went on to start her own law firm Ngcobo SN Inc which is based in Ferndale. She is also a legal director for the Qadi family foundation.
